  1. DURATION: 2 DAYS, 16 HOURS IN TOTAL
    (14 hours of theory and simulations – 2 hours of final written exam)
  2. TEACHING THE METHOD AND THE RELATED NEGOTIATION SCRIPT OR “SCENARIO”
  3. USING THE MOST EFFECTIVE TECHNIQUES FOR EVERY PHASE OF THE SALES PROCESS
    (just the closure phase counts 18 main effective techniques to use)
  4. DEAL WITH SUBSEQUENT PRACTICAL MATTERS CONCERNING:
    • CUSTOMER PSYCHOLOGY
    • HYPNOTIC SALES TECHNIQUES
    • RECOGNIZE AND INTERPRET CUSTOMERS’MAIN INVOLUNTARY SIGNALS
    • USE EFFECTIVE METHODS OF CUSTOMER- SELLER NON-VERBAL LANGUAGE/ PARA –VERBAL LANGUAGE
  5. FINAL WRITTEN EXAM (elective, but clearly recommended) MADE UP OF 5 DETAILED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCESSES OF THE METHOD TAUGHT.
    • EVERY ANSWER IS ASSESSED DEPENDING ON 4 DIFFERENT ASPECTS.
    • THE SCORE FOR EACH SEPARATE ASPECT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINAL SCORE.
    • THE MAXIMUM SCORE THAT CAN BE OBTAINED IS 100 POINTS OUT OF 100.
    • THE EXAM IS DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PASSED AND THE METHOD ACQUIRED IF A MINIMUM SCORE OF 70 POINTS OUT OF 100 IS ACHIEVED.
  6. CORRECTION OF ALL EXAMS, SCORES ACHIEVED AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND SHALL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING DIRECTLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT.
  7. SCHOLARSHIPS: SERVIZI QUALIFICATI GRANTS A SCHOLARSHIP FOR EVERY TEN PARTICIPANTS. SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE GRANTED TO CANDIDATES HAVING ACHIEVED THE HIGHEST SCORE IN THE EXAM. THE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE USED FOR FREE PARTICIPATION IN A SCHOOL AFTERWARDS.
  8. A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO EVERY CANDIDATE, PLUS ANOTHER CERTIFICATE ONCE THE EXAM IS PASSED.

ENROLMENT, DIDACTIC TOOLS AND SCHOOL ORGANISATION

Enrolment fee is €400 + VAT.
The enrolment includes:

  • Organisation for candidate’s attendance
  • 14 hours of theory taught as per a certified method
  • 2 hours of final written exam
  • All the confidential material related to the training process of the method conveyed, both on paper and on multimedia software
  • Correction of exams following school’s completion, by using special correction modules. Scores and poles issued individually, treated confidentially
  • Certificate of attendance issued for every candidate and an additional certificate upon promoting the exam
